Greater Toronto Area, Canada Nuvollo Corp. Full time

About Nuvollo

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Toronto, Nuvollo Corp has established itself as a leader in delivering secure, high-performance cloud and IT infrastructure solutions to businesses across North America. A fast-growing cloud company focused on managing and operating business critical systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) requiring high availability, secure and predictable environments. Nuvollo's commitment to reliability, compliance, and customer-centric service has allowed it to build long-standing relationships with clients in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and professional services.

The Role

The Client Solutions Architect leads to the design and delivery of scalable IT solutions that align with client objectives, industry standards, and managed service capabilities. This role bridges business and technology through discovery sessions, technology selection, and cross-functional coordination to ensure secure, effective outcomes.

In addition to solution architecture, the role drives strategic account planning by developing future-state IT roadmaps, annual budgets, and initiative pipelines. The architect leads Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess service performance, surface key insights, and translate client needs into actionable opportunities that enhance value and foster long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

Driven by impact, you thrive in complex technical environments where strategy and execution go hand in hand. Collaboration with sales, account teams, and engineers comes naturally, and you bring clarity to client needs by translating them into secure, scalable cloud and infrastructure architectures.

Leading discovery sessions, shaping proposals, delivering QBRs, and communicating with both technical and executive stakeholders are all part of your toolkit. You are motivated by building trusted client relationships, and you take pride in being a strategic advisor who anticipates risks, identifies opportunities, and drives measurable outcomes. Curiosity fuels your growth - you stay sharp on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Above all, you operate with ownership, professionalism, and a commitment to elevating both client success and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to gather and understand client requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions and architect end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, cloud platforms (Private Cloud, Azure, AWS), networking, and security.
  • Develop high-level and detailed documentation, including architecture decks that define current-state, future-state, and key initiatives.
  • Select and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with client needs, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Present and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using automated reports and trend analysis to highlight service performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Capture and follow through on QBR action items to drive value realization and identify new project or service opportunities.
  • Write and deliver solution proposals in response to client initiatives, enhancement requests, or new business requirements.
  • Oversee implementations and migrations, ensuring alignment with architectural intent, security, and scalability.
  • Act as the project lead during client onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and clarity of expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and solution alignment.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, technical leadership, and strategic guidance.
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and innovations to enhance Nuvollo's service offerings and competitive advantage.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or solution architecture
  • Experience at an MSP is preferred
  • Deep expertise in Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking
  • Strong communication skills with peers, clients and executives
  • Relevant certifications (Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco, CompTIA, others)
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent client projects
  • Travel may be required for data center inspections, client engagements, or vendor meetings (project-dependent)
  • Comfortable with remote work tools and enterprise communication platforms
  • Experience leading QBRs and presenting strategic IT plans to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies from system and security data.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning in IT environments.
  • Demonstrated teamwork capabilities with technical teams, product management, sales, and executives internally and with clients.

What We Offer

  • A high-performance environment where you will grow and take your career to the next level.
  • An intensely collaborative team and culture, where decision velocity and results are primary markers of success, but where people are at the heart of it all.
  • A market-leading mindset where creative solutions are not only encouraged but rewarded.
  • Competitive compensation & comprehensive benefits plan.
