Alternative programs for youth and families INC provides residential placements to youth in care. We are a small, highly supportive company, that values it's team members and the important work that they do. We believe in a warm, inviting home environment for our clients to be comfortable and thrive in. Our youth have varying abilities and trauma. Experience with a variety of disabilities is an asset as well as experience with at risk youth using a trauma informed approach. If you have relevant training/education, two years minimum experience and enjoy working within a positive and supportive team environment we invite you to apply. A valid driver's license, and vehicle with $2,000,000 liability, Standard first-aid level C, child abuse registry check and police records check are a must.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive wages, clinical support/supervision and the ability to join our professional team.
