Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Estevan, SK, for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, delivering product and service information, ensuring timely communications, coordinating service requests, and promoting Wil-Tech's products and services. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of hydraulic products or experience in the fluid power industry is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
