We are current hiring the Beverage Service Supervisor position for our NE store location in Calgary:

  • Pacific Place Mall: St NE #311, Calgary, AB T2A 7X6

As a Shift Supervsior, you are driven by a deep sense of purpose. You are proactive – never a bystander. You take action to make a positive difference every day, and you inspire others to do the same. You can oversee store operations during your shift, and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.

All Employees hired will go through initial basic training. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.
  • Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and train new team members
  • Lead the team and keep workflow efficient
  • Stock handling and checking
  • Model CoCo's Company Values through leadership.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS...

  • Previous management experience (able to run a shift independently)
  • Experience in bubble tea / café / fast food is a strong asset
  • High energy and enthusiastic with a proven dedication to customer service
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Encourage collaboration and facilitate healthy working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • CoCo is willing to train the right candidate

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
  • Capacity to stand for long periods.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Full-time / Part-time hours available: including weekdays, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
