As a Technician, you will work on various construction projects related to Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring, and Condition Surveys.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct field monitoring using total stations and digital inclinometers,
• Perform condition surveys of properties, structures, and right-of-ways,
• Process data and prepare technical reports,
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain geotechnical instruments,
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation,
• Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development opportunities.

What Makes You Unique

• Has a valid provincial driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Has a College Diploma (civil, geotechnical) or other applicable degree in a civil engineering or technology-based field.
• Experience working with power tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and skill with Word processing and Excel software
• Able to adhere to prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans in a safe, efficient manner
• Previous experience working with total station and survey equipment is an asset
