We are a fast-growing transportation and logistics company committed to providing reliable service to our customers and building long-term relationships. We are seeking a motivated Dispatcher Associate to join our team and play a key role in both operations and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Dispatching & Operations

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight loads.
  • Monitor drivers' routes, compliance, and timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of loads, dispatch schedules, and documentation.

Sales & Customer Relations

  • Prospect new clients and build relationships with brokers, shippers, and carriers.
  • Negotiate rates and close freight deals.
  • Maintain strong customer service by providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Assist in growing company revenue through proactive sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or sales preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software, load boards, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player.
