Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a 
Regional Sales Director
, based in 
Longueuil, QC
. The Regional Sales Director will lead and oversee regional sales operations, manage key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, supervising and mentoring the team, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires some travel between the main branches in 
Longueuil and Joliette
, as well as occasional regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in 
    Sales and Business Development
    , with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and identifying new market opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in 
    Sales Operations and Management
    , with the ability to foster a productive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment
  • Strong 
    customer service orientation
    , with the ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional 
    leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Fully bilingual (French and English)
    , with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial products and manufacturing industry
    , particularly within bearings, power transmission, or related sectors
  • Proficiency in using 
    sales and inventory management tools
     to track performance, analyze data, and develop actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
     is preferred
  • Willingness and flexibility to 
    travel between the Longueuil and Joliette branches
    , with additional travel as business needs require
