You have practical experience in assessment, systemic formulation, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy. You have an in-depth understanding of the impact of trauma, oppression, and structural inequities on youth and families. You can handle crisis situations, and you prioritize self-care.
  • The cultural competence.
You have a proven dedication to providing anti-racist, culturally responsive care to diverse populations, including 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and BIPOC communities. You consistently adhere to high ethical standards, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and take accountability in all interactions.
  • The technical skills.
You have proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
