Overview

Clearview Behavioural Solutions are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our growing clinical team. This role involves working closely with children with Autism and their families to provide effective behavioral interventions, while supporting client care in the home, and promoting positive developmental outcomes in both the home and community settings. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience, a strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles, and a passion for improving the lives of people with Autism and other developmental delays. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with exceptionalities and diverse needs and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive community environment.

Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform adjustments and ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with professionals, educators, and families and the entire clinical team to promote best outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with program regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is highly preferred.
  • Educational Background in Psychology, behavioural science or a related field of research methodologies related to behavioral analysis
  • Understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and interventions for children with developmental needs.
  • Strong communication skills for working effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to collect accurate data and utilize it for ongoing treatment planning.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving client's well-being are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.53-$39.45 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
