Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. is seeking a Environmental Technician (Nickel Vapour Deposition (NVD) Operator) to support our innovative chemical mold build process at our Midland, Ontario facility. This role plays a critical part in overseeing production operations while ensuring environmental compliance and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Monitor environmental compliance and production controls within the plant
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of environmental systems and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Identify, pursue, and maintain required training, certifications, and qualifications.
  • Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to environmental performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mechanical experience or related education.
  • College diploma or university degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Water/Wastewater disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment in 7-day rotation.
