About Us
At PROTEX Insurance, we believe insurance is more than a policy — it's peace of mind. We're looking for a Level 2 Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our Edmonton team and help clients protect their homes, vehicles, and personal assets with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Provide advice and solutions on personal lines insurance products including auto, home, condo, tenant, and recreational vehicles.
- Quote, sell, renew, and service insurance policies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and provide claims support.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) regulations and company procedures.
- Use brokerage systems and insurer portals to manage client information and transactions.
- Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and underwriting guidelines.
What You Bring
- Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta) – Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Solid knowledge of Alberta's personal insurance market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with insurance software such as Epic is an asset
- A customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
