Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the planned supply chain processes, follow through on communications with vendors and clients, provide logistical information to vendors and clients, and conduct some marketing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Duties

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient logistics management.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving logistics processes and refining communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare reports on project information and present findings to management.
  • Support marketing efforts through multichannel marketing strategies including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing initiatives.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO, digital marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating promotional materials.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content across various platforms including print advertising.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and advertising sales techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to support product management decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
