Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing flooring, tiles, and other related materials with precision and professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse big projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results. Some experience required.

Duties

  • Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, or tile with attention to detail
  • Lay tiles accurately, ensuring proper alignment and precision finish.
  • Be able to read technical drawings, and installation instructions
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
  • Apply caulking or sealants to ensure watertight or airtight finishes where required
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling throughout the projects start to finish
  • Work with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards

Skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels
  • Experience with tile laying, flooring installation, and carpentry work
  • Ability to read dimensions accurately and translate plans into physical work
  • Knowledge of caulking techniques for finishing touches
  • Good physical stamina for lifting materials and working in various environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt to on-site challenges effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
