We are looking for a Senior AI Game Designer to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping the game's AI systems, enemy archetype designs and memorable combat encounters. Working closely with the Lead Game Designer and cross-disciplinary teams, you'll take features from concept to final implementation, crafting compelling and challenging AI behaviours that align with the game's vision.

In this role you will:
  • Provide relevant design intentions and implementation for AI-focused features.
  • Create high-quality gameplay that stays within the confines of the direction.
  • Design and implement enemy variations that support the core gameplay pillars.
  • Create, update and maintain relevant design documentation.
  • Test features in both Live and QA environments.
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in game design within the video game industry.
  • Proven experience shipping at least one title as an AI Game Designer.
  • Experience with melee and combat-focused games is a plus.
  • Experience developing multiplayer games is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus.
Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:
  • Fournir des intentions de design pertinentes et assurer l'implémentation des fonctionnalités centrées sur l'IA;
  • Créer un gameplay de haute qualité conforme à la direction artistique et technique;
  • Concevoir et implémenter des variations d'ennemis qui soutiennent les piliers du gameplay;
  • Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir la documentation de design;
  • Tester les fonctionnalités en environnement Live et QA.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en conception de jeu dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo;
  • Expérience avérée dans la livraison d'au moins un titre en tant que concepteur·rice de jeu spécialisé en IA;
  • Une expérience sur des jeux axés sur le combat et en melee est un atout;
  • Une expérience dans le développement de jeux multijoueurs est un atout;
  • Une bonne connaissance d'Unreal Engine est un atout.

Nous recherchons un·e Concepteur·rice de jeu IA sénior·e pour rejoindre notre équipe passionnée travaillant sur Blight: Survival. Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur de la conception des systèmes d'IA du jeu, des archétypes ennemis et des combats mémorables. En collaboration étroite avec le·la gestionnaire d'équipe de Concepteur·rices de jeu et les équipes multidisciplinaires, vous prendrez en charge des fonctionnalités depuis la phase de concept jusqu'à leur implémentation finale, en créant des comportements d'IA captivants et stimulants qui s'alignent sur la vision du jeu.
