Schedules
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities- Works from a team approach to meet residents' needs.
- Assesses and reports physical, mental and emotional changes in resident's condition.
- Plans, prioritizes and initiates resident care.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Maintains supervision of care provided by Resident Assistants (RA) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA):
- Maintains staffing ratios.
- Assigns residents to caregivers.
- Initiates and follows through with disciplinary action when necessary including completion and presentation of proper forms.
- Provides guidance to RA's and STNA's as needed.
- Documents pertinent information using established policies/guidelines.
- Maintains continuity of care.
- Facilitates Wellness Conferences as assigned.
- Communicates job/resident related questions/concerns, and suggestions through the established chain of command.
- Provides a safe environment.
- Reports physical, mental and emotional changes in resident's condition to attending physician and to the resident's responsible party.
- All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
