We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. As We are opening a band new Nail salon in the town so we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team In this role, you will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, maintains high sanitation standards, and enjoys creating a relaxing experience for clients. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a friendly and professional environment.

This role will be based on commision which can be discussed during the interview and is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on client needs
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Skills

• Proficiency in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent service
• Experience in body waxing is a plus but not required; training can be provided for qualified candidates
• Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and explain treatment options clearly
• Retail sales skills to promote products that complement nail services effectively
