Inner Solutions is seeking to hire a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist, or a Registered Social Worker for a full-time position or part time position.

We are a private practice dedicated to providing high fidelity, evidence-based therapy. Inner Solutions was the first DBT Certified Program in Canada, and currently only one of three programs in Canada to hold this title. Inner Solutions offers the highest-level professional standards of proficiency in DBT.

We serve adults and adolescents with a full range of diagnoses and mild to complex mental health problems. We provide comprehensive DBT, comprised of individual psychotherapy, DBT Skills Classes, Phone coaching and a weekly Consultation Meeting. We provide support for families of clients suffering from BPD (diagnosed or otherwise). We also offer evidence-based trauma treatments (i.e., Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Parts Work), and CBT.

We are committed to supporting our team with the highest level of training and supervision with fully certified DBT staff in exchange for a commitment to supporting our team as a whole professionally and personally.

Inner Solutions provides our clinicians with:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

·     Master's degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or an MSW

·     Be able to make a commitment to a long-term treatment model and long-term clients.

·     Clinical experience with CBT is mandatory.

·     Clinical experience working with adolescents and their families is an asset.

·     Must be able to work two evenings per week and provide some phone coaching after hours including weekends (on a roster; clinicians are responsible for after-hours coaching for a week at a time, approximately every 8 weeks)

Full time salary: starting at $80,000.00 per year for Registered Psychologists, and $70,000 for Registered Provisional Psychologists.
