Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing productivity, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our sales team has the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections and timely reporting.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Oversee CRM management to ensure data integrity and effective utilization of the platform.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives and track performance.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,073.16-$121,100.53 per year
