Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment, ensuring children's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This role involves supervising children, assisting with daily routines, and supporting their developmental activities in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
• Assist with homework, educational activities, and teaching basic skills
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, crafts, and recreational activities
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after meals and tidying play areas
• Support children with personal hygiene routines such as bathing, dressing, and diapering if needed
• Provide caregiving support for children with special needs or disabilities when required
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, routines, and any concerns

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or nanny role is preferred
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to cook simple meals and prepare snacks for children
• Background in teaching or educational activities is advantageous
• Previous caregiving experience that highlights patience, reliability, and nurturing qualities
