Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care to our clients. Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients - Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Skills: - Experience in dementia care and working with patients with cognitive impairments - Strong patient care skills, including empathy and compassion - Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and assisting with transfers - Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices - Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols - Proficient in meal preparation and following dietary restrictions - Understanding of senior care needs and challenges - Basic medication administration knowledge (under the supervision of a nurse) At our company, we value our Home Care Workers and offer competitive compensation packages.
