About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible The Technical Account Manager role helps qualify opportunities, build proposals, ensure smooth delivery handoffs, and maintain strong technical alignment across client environments.

Location: London

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Work Mode: Hybrid

What You Will Do

  • Participate in client meetings to explain solutions, gather requirements, and present recommendations.
  • Conduct IT health and alignment reviews and document risks and gaps.
  • Assess network, server, and system stability and provide remediation recommendations.
  • Perform fire-drills and root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues.
  • Ensure clients follow standards for access control, backups, and governance.
  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in Modern Work and Security Hardening initiatives for M365.
  • Collaborate with engineering and vendor partners to confirm technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Help shape and refine TAM processes, templates, and documentation standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in an MSP, technical account management, or pre-sales engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure, Windows Server, networking, security practices, and MSP toolsets.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating proposals and scoping IT projects.
