Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and usage will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers.

Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
  • Sell cannabis products while ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
  • Maintain an organized and clean display of products within the retail space.
  • Utilize computerized systems to manage inventory, process sales transactions, and track customer preferences.
  • Educate customers on responsible usage and dosage recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.

Skills

  • Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in computer operation for inventory management and sales processing.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory levels.
  • Leadership qualities to guide less experienced staff as needed.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve a diverse clientele.
  • A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of its benefits is highly desirable.
