Job Summary

We are seeking 2 dedicated and skilled Cook/Bakers to start our kitchen. The candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a positive takeout experience. This role requires a passion for cooking and a strong commitment to food service excellence.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Assist in menu planning and daily specials as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods.
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, along with a passion for serving delicious meals.

We are looking for dedicated bakers who can make bake fresh goodies in the mornings 5AM and breakfast Menu. Lunch Menu. Dinner Menu

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
