Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative located in Edmonton, AB. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will act as the main point of contact for customers and will assist with providing support in both languages, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, such as Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in at least two languages
- Ability to manage Customer Support and provide effective resolutions
- Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and professional communication style
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
