Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator

Temp (6-8 month contract)

We're partnering with a well-established organization to find an experienced
Accounts Payable Coordinator
to join their finance team in Toronto. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and account reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments while maintaining strong internal controls
  • Act as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve AP processes
  • Leverage ERP systems and Excel to support reporting and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
  • Strong background in invoicing and reconciliations with exceptional attention to detail
  • Bilingual (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Ocatcom is an asset; exposure to major ERP systems is required
  • Comfortable working both virtually and onsite in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
