Short-Term Rental Cleaner (Part-Time / Flexible)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain a high-quality short-term rental property in Broad Cove, Nova Scotia. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys flexible, short shifts, lives locally and is available 12pm to 3pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Position Details

  • Shift length: 2–3 hours per turnover
  • Schedule: Based on guest check-outs and check-ins, must be available 12pm to 3pm on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun.
  • Location: Broad Cove, Nova Scotia (20 mins to Bridgewater).
  • Vehicle: Potential candidate must have their own vehicle, AWD is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clean the entire rental between guest stays
  • Change linens and towels
  • Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, etc.)
  • Reset the space for incoming guests
  • Light organization and presentation (making beds, staging pillows, etc.)
  • Hot tub care (checking chemicals, adding as needed, wiping down cover and waterline)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with cleaning homes, vacation rentals, or hotels preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet same-day turnover deadlines
  • Comfortable using basic cleaning products and handling hot-tub chemicals
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone access

Pay
