Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Laborer/ Operator to join their team. As a team member, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer/ Operator

Location: Shelburne, ON - 12 hour continental shift

What's the Job?

  • Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including lifting and moving of materials.
  • Assist in operations
  • Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the warehouse or construction site.
  • Follow defined procedures and work directions to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Willingness to undergo medical surveillance and background screening.
  • Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
