Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role – What You'll Do

As a Shipper/Receiver, you play a key role in ensuring materials flow seamlessly through our operations. You'll be the link between production, suppliers, and logistics — helping us deliver exceptional results for every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with company Quality and Safety standards in all operations.
  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Anticipate material needs and coordinate the movement of parts across departments.
  • Ensure materials are available on time to keep production on schedule.
  • Identify and communicate potential shortages or delays to management.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and responsibly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Respect all confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or material handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate 3,500 lb – 10,000 lb capacity forklifts safely and effectively.
  • Able to work in all weather seasons

Assets (Set You Apart):

  • 1–2 years of experience with international shipping.
  • Valid Forklift certification.
  • TDG and/or WHMIS certification.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of tariff and harmonized system (HS) codes.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP software systems.
