Professional Qualifications

  • Technical Credentials:
    Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, accompanied by a
    P.Eng. designation

    is considered a strong asset for this commercial-facing role.
  • Leadership Experience:
    Proven track record of motivating and leading large teams within a complex operational environment.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen:
    Minimum of five years of experience managing large-scale operations or projects with direct
    bottom-line responsibility
    and significant commercial/business development exposure.
  • Problem Solving:
    Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive practical business outcomes while managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Relationship Management:
    Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building positive, productive relationships with both internal staff and external clients.
