About The Role

. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents. As an LPN, you'll:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
- Take pride in administering medications, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans for residents.
- Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
- Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

You possess a deep understanding of medication administration protocols, standard precaution techniques, outbreak management, and pain management strategies, among other essential elements of healthcare delivery. Your collaborative nature has earned you the respect of your colleagues, who see you as a valuable team member. Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $ $41.35 as detailed in Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
