Leather Colourist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Leather Colourist to join our team at Trillium TLC. As a Leather Colourist, you will be responsible for creating and applying custom colors to leather products. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the production of high-quality leather goods.

Responsibilities:

- Mix and match dyes and pigments to create custom colors for leather products

- Apply color to leather using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or dipping

- Ensure consistent color application and quality control throughout the production process

- Collaborate with designers and production team to meet color specifications and requirements

- Maintain accurate records of color formulas and inventory levels

- Monitor and adjust dyeing processes to achieve desired results

- Troubleshoot any issues related to color consistency or quality

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Leather Colourist or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to create custom colors

- Knowledge of different dyeing techniques and their effects on leather

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent color application

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
