Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics, inventory control, and process improvement. This role involves managing warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Supervisor/Manager will play a key role in optimizing warehouse efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

Duties

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
  • Oversee warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and partners to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Operate and oversee forklift operations, ensuring safe handling of heavy lifting tasks.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
  • Monitor warehouse workflow, optimize space utilization, and manage materials handling equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Maintain accurate records related to shipping & receiving, inventory levels, and order processing.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, distribution processes, and materials handling.
  • Forklift Certification, mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehousing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage complex logistics tasks, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to lead a vital component of our company while fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the team.
