Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using autodesk Revit drafting software. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and precise schematics. The Drafter will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure that designs meet specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Create 3D models and visualizations using Sketchup, Revit, twin motion, or enscape.
  • Prepare schematics for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand design concepts and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or architects, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and project changes.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing necessary drawings and visual aids.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software ( Revit) is essential.
  • Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Sketchup, NavisWorks, or SolidWorks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create 2D animations and schematics to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
