Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who enjoys collaborating to achieve team goals and contributing to a fast-paced, growing investment environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform full-cycle accounting for multiple companies and managed funds
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements
  • Collaborate with external fund administrators, auditors, and the CFO
  • Prepare financial information for annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports
  • Compile monthly data for fund fact sheets and marketing materials
  • Support tax preparation and related activities
  • Handle other accounting and finance duties as needed

What You Must Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (fund accounting experience is an asset)
  • Working toward or holding an accounting designation (CPA preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
