We are looking for Prep Cook/dishwasher with the following qualifications:

  • Restaurant experience of at least 1 year
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized
  • Have a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
  • Ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
  • Support the kitchen team by following instructions and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.

Aider à la préparation des aliments en coupant, tranchant et assemblant les ingrédients selon les besoins.

Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de la cuisine, et veiller à la désinfection de toutes les surfaces.

S'assurer que toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles sont propres et rangés correctement.

Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe de cuisine en suivant les instructions et en participant à une ambiance de travail positive.

Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire afin de garantir un service de qualité optimale.
