We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various skincare treatments, makeup applications, and product demonstrations while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Duties
- Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform makeup applications for special events and daily wear, showcasing products effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare products and routines.
- Offer nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in sales of skincare products and services, promoting the benefits of each offering.
- Assist with hair styling services when required, demonstrating versatility in beauty treatments.
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, adhering to safety protocols and client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and building lasting relationships.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including appointment scheduling and guest check-in.
Experience
- Previous experience in esthetics or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Familiarity with makeup application techniques and product knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in nail care or hair styling is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
