As part of our expansion in the U.S. market, we are seeking a Flooring Sales Associate to join our Los Angeles team.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $20 – $23 per hour + Commission
  • Training and career development opportunities provided
  • Relocation assistance available

Work Schedule

  • Regular hours: Monday to Friday
  • May occasionally include evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to help them select suitable flooring products based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct in-home visits to assess flooring requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Assist the sales team with daily sales-related tasks, order follow-ups, and product inquiries
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in flooring, building materials, or related sales
  • Chinese language skills are an asset
  • Willingness to relocate to 10012 Santa Fe Springs Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA Relocation assistance provided)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
