We are preparing for a busy 2026 season and are looking to expand our Paving division, and are currently looking for: paver operator, raker men, roller operators and laborer's.
Duties:
Ability to perform layout and set up of mats
Communicate with the foreman on a regular basis
Familiar with maintenance procedures on asphalt equipment.
Ability to perform tasks such as raking, rolling and skid steer work as needed.
Must be willing to work long hours in all weather conditions/ Extreme heat.
Experience:
- 2-5 Years Experience in paving industry Preferred
- Previous experience in parking lots, highways and roadways
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Summary
As an Asphalt Worker for the upcoming 2026 season, you will be integral to the paving operations, ensuring high-quality road surfaces. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your role will involve heavy equipment operation and applying your mechanical knowledge to maintain and operate machinery effectively. The organization expects you to demonstrate strong skills in paving techniques and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of infrastructure projects, enhancing the safety and durability of roadways in our community.

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
