The Opportunity

We're hiring experienced HR recruiters to lead a 360° desk in our HR practice. If you thrive with full ownership—developing clients, delivering talent, and closing offers—this role gives you the tools and autonomy to scale without internal competition.

You'll have:

  • A protected desk (you own your clients and roles—no internal poaching).
  • Hybrid flexibility with a high-performing, supportive team.
  • Premium tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, market data, outreach platforms) to win and deliver.

What You'll Do

  • Run a 360 desk in HR recruitment: originate, pitch, negotiate, deliver.
  • Develop and manage client accounts across SMBs to enterprise.
  • Scope mandates end-to-end: intake, competency scorecards, compensation ranges, timelines, and close plans.
  • Source, assess, and present top HR talent (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards/Comp & Ben, L&D, HRIS/People Ops, Employee Relations, Payroll, CHRO/VP People, etc.).
  • Drive pipeline: outbound campaigns, referrals, content, and market mapping.
  • Negotiate terms & offers with a commercial, win–win mindset.
  • Forecast and report on desk activity, pipeline health, and revenue.
  • Champion candidate experience and uphold ethical, confidential search standards.

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of agency recruitment experience (HR specialization preferred).
  • Proven billings and comfort operating on commission-only.
  • A portable playbook: outreach cadence, interview frameworks, close strategies.
  • Market fluency in HR org design, titles, and compensation.
  • Ownership mentality: you treat your desk like a business.
  • Tools confidence: LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, outreach and sourcing platforms.
  • Professional polish: excellent writing, client comms, and negotiation skills.
