Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various skilled trade related tasks related to Residential Construction. Completing Pre-PDI Prep and Warranty Deficiency for a Home Builder.

Duties

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, painting, carpentry work, and more

- Prep houses for Closings

- Prepare houses for Occupancy Inspections

- Repair after sales Tarion Warranty items

- Work effectively and efficiently with little supervision

Skills

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role for a Residential Home Builder

- Knowledge of basic home building

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents

- Own Tools and Vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Residential Handyman : 1 year (preferred)
  • Pre-PDI Prep: 1 year (preferred)
  • Tarion Warranty: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (preferred)
  • Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
