About Us

Crystal Carwash is Ottawa's premier auto detailing company, servicing four major government buildings in the downtown core. Our 320 Queen Street location is our flagship operation, and we're expanding our ceramic coating division with a dedicated, highly skilled professional.

Position: Ceramic Coating Specialist (Commission-Only – 50% Revenue Share)

We're looking for an experienced ceramic coating specialist to run and grow our coating division. This is a commission-only role with 50% revenue share on every ceramic coating job completed.

You'll manage the entire ceramic process: sales, consultations, paint correction, coating application, follow-up care, and light marketing. You only need to be on-site for scheduled clients or coating jobs—freeing you to work another job or pursue your own projects in the meantime.

What You'll Do

  • Perform professional paint correction and ceramic coating application
  • Conduct client consultations and confidently sell ceramic services
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and the full sales funnel
  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive ceramic coating bookings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Provide aftercare guidance and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Professional ceramic coating application experience
  • Strong paint correction experience (multi-stage preferred)
  • Automotive detailing background
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to sell ceramic coatings and communicate value clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable operating independently
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Additional sales or customer service experience
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and high-end detailing
