About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving problems, and supporting a wide range of network and IT infrastructure needs. If you have experience with wireless networking technologies — especially Cambium, Telox, or Point-to-Point/Point-to-Multipoint systems — you'll be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and external clients
- Support wireless network deployments, including PTP and PTMP systems
- Assist with monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
- Provide on-site and remote technical support as required
- Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable and efficient IT solutions
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Cambium Networks equipment and management tools
- Experience with Telox devices or similar communication systems
- Knowledge of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless technologies
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
- Comfort working with servers, workstations, and common operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Networking, or related field
- Valid driver's license (if travel is required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
