- Adaptability and an interest in process improvement and change management.
What Success Looks Like (First 12–18 Months)
After 12–18 months in the role, you will be recognized for:
- Supporting a seamless transition from a long-tenured incumbent through thorough documentation of legacy processes and reconciliations.
- Building strong relationships within the Finance team and across departments while demonstrating change agility and discretion.
- Serving as the Finance liaison for the membership system implementation, ensuring accurate financial integration and data integrity.
- Strengthening the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial reporting through advanced Excel analysis and improved workflows.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the Finance team.
Working at the ODA:
This is a full-time, permanent position. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits plan that includes dental (of course), a defined-benefit (DB) pension, as well as plenty of vacation days, personal days, and access to a health spending account.
