Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's by proactively following up on leads and closing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the POS system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
