We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role.

Position Summary:

As a Project Manager at TKI Construction, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering multi-million-dollar projects. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with at least five years of project management experience, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to mentoring others.

You'll oversee all aspects of project management—from estimating and bidding to closeout—while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare detailed project estimates and participate in bidding processes to secure new work.
  • Implement project start-up systems and procedures, including billing, cost accounting, and documentation management.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as reviewing documentation, preparing correspondence, and maintaining project files.
  • Support subcontract procurement and tendering processes; review invoices and progress claims.
  • Coordinate change order management, including pricing, approvals, and documentation.
  • Track milestones and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, coordinators, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations professionally.
  • Oversee project closeout, including warranties, O&M manuals, and turnover documentation.
  • Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance in line with TKI standards and OH&S regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Science Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a Project Management role with experience on multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, estimates, drawings, and current practices.
  • Familiarity with macOS is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: Gold Seal Certification, PMP designation, or P.Eng.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
