Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing activities, and ensure stock availability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize store profitability.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.

Skills

  • Proven supervisory or retail management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
