Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering high-quality services that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
  • Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and provide professional recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
  • Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with excellent communication skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and listen attentively to client needs.
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is preferred.
