Irrigation Foreman

JOB OPENING: FOREMAN (SPRINKLER / IRRIGATION)

Location: Toronto & GTA

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to manage crews and oversee sprinkler and irrigation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage technician crews on job sites
• Plan and organize daily work schedules
• Ensure quality control of irrigation system installations and repairs
• Assign tasks and monitor deadlines
• Read and work with irrigation plans and drawings
• Train and mentor new employees
• Enforce safety rules and company standards
• Communicate with the office and clients in English

Requirements:

• Male, 20–45 years old
• Proven experience in irrigation or construction — required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• English language — MUST HAVE (strong conversational)
• Valid G driver's license — MUST HAVE
• Highly organized and responsible

Conditions:

• Training period: 1–2 months (unpaid)
• Pay after training: $25–35/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, long-term position
• Schedule depends on season
