What You'll Do

As a Loyalty Program Sales Specialist, your day will be all about connecting with people. You'll work inside major retail stores, greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm. You'll learn the full benefits of the store's loyalty program so you can explain — clearly and confidently — how it helps customers save money, earn rewards and make the most of their shopping experience.

You'll actively approach shoppers, start friendly conversations, identify their needs and show how membership makes sense for them. You'll complete enrolments on the spot, ensure accuracy, and celebrate every win with your team. Alongside your daily sales activity, you'll share feedback with campaign leads, help fine-tune strategies, and grow your confidence in goal-driven, people-first sales.
