Big Way Hot Pot Richmond & Ackroyd stores are hiring Front of house staff

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;

  • Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;

  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;

  • Serve food and beverages;

  • Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses;

  • Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;

  • Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;

  • Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor

-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 3:00 am)
